About Pensacolablinds

Built for businesses who refuse to manage capital blind

Pensacolablinds started as a working solution to a problem we saw across Australian trading desks: real capital spread across real exchanges, with no single, reliable view of any of it.

A response to a problem nobody had solved properly

Every business we spoke with was running positions across several exchanges — some for liquidity, some for access, some for redundancy. What they had in common was a set of disconnected dashboards, exported spreadsheets, and a nagging uncertainty about their actual exposure at any given moment.

Pensacolablinds was built to close that gap. Not another exchange, not another trading venue — a layer that sits above the accounts businesses already use, consolidating what matters into a single, dependable view.

Our mission

We exist to give Australian businesses a clear, accurate picture of capital that is otherwise scattered across platforms. That means building tools that report faithfully, refresh reliably, and never ask a business to change how or where it trades.

We measure our work by one standard: does this make a business's position easier to understand, at a glance, without guesswork. If a feature doesn't serve that, it doesn't ship.

The principles behind how we build

01

Accuracy over speed

A dashboard that's fast but wrong is worse than no dashboard. We prioritise correct data over flashy updates.

02

Neutrality by design

Pensacolablinds doesn't trade, custody funds, or take positions. Our only role is to report what's already there, clearly.

03

Built for operators

We design for people managing real capital under real time pressure — not for demos or screenshots.

How we think about the work

01

Start from the business, not the interface

Before any screen gets designed, we ask what a business actually needs to know to make a decision. The interface follows from that answer — not the other way around.

02

Treat every integration as a liability until proven otherwise

Connecting to more exchanges isn't automatically better. Each connection is tested, monitored, and held to the same standard of reliability as the last.

03

Stay a layer, not a destination

Pensacolablinds is deliberately narrow in scope. We don't try to become the place businesses trade — we stay the place they check before they do.

A small team, focused on one problem

Pensacolablinds is built by a team focused specifically on portfolio visibility across exchanges — not a broader suite of unrelated financial products. That focus shapes every decision, from which integrations we prioritise to how we handle support.

We work directly with the businesses using Pensacolablinds to understand where the current view falls short, and we build accordingly.
